The National Trust’s Vote For The Coast contest has been launched to discover the public’s favourite stretch of coastline.
Phone and text votes will help raise money for the Neptune Coastline Campaign Fund, which has helped the trust look after more than 700 miles of coastline.
There are 25 beaches up for nomination, including the official nudist site Studland Beach in Dorset, which receives more than one million visitors each year.
The closing date for the competition is October 31, and the results will be announced at the National Trust’s annual general meeting in Brighton on November 12.
